TASTING NOTES
Colour: A bright, pale pink colour with very fine bubbles which rise gradually and continuously to the surface.
Nose: Powerful, sincere and elegant on the nose with notes of fresh red berry fruits mingling with hints of pastry-shop and subtle aromas of the French oak barrels in which the wine stayed and gave life to this sparkling brut rosé.
Palate: Creamy, fresh and very long on the palate, bringing complexity and roundness to the wine and making each sip a memorable experience.
